RPY, a payment and financial services firm, wanted to go digital in an industry traditionally driven by personal contacts and referrals. The COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent lockdown would later prove it to be a million-dollar decision. In a space where business is primarily done by referrals and word-of-mouth, RPY wanted to invest in digital transformation and open up a new channel of revenue.
